-Regular session: Saturday May 16 from 3 – 6pm at The Merrow (stay tuned for details).
We are excited to announce our collaboration with San Diego Art Institute (SDAI) to bring you a special session at SDAI (and hopefully the first of many to come!). Our sessions there will be inspired by their exhibitions. Their upcoming exhibition is “What Remains: Debris and Detritus in Contemporary Art” and so we bring you our special session, WASTELAND…

Join us for a post-apocalyptic evening inspired by debris, metal and recycling and enjoy drawing, drinks and a carefully crafted music playlist (plus sweet treats from us!) and compete in silly contests for fabulous prizes! And, of course, enjoy the SDAI exhibition while you’re at it!
Bring your sketchpads and drawing implements.
*Tickets will not be sold ahead of time. They will only be sold at the door by SDAI. Cash and credit cards will be accepted.
*Seating will be on a first-come first served basis.
*We suggest arriving early to find parking and to find your way to SDAI.
*Location: SDAI is in the House of Charm building, which also houses the Mingei Museum. SDAI is right next door to the Mingei Museum. SDAI is number 8 on the map here.
*Parking: The closest parking lots are the Alcazar and Organ Pavilion lots (which are lot number 30 and 35 on the map here.)
